“ Food was great. The waitress was great. I had a burger with Raspberry sauce drizzled on top. Wasn't something I thought of having on a burger before, but it tasted great. All of the tables have information on trains under plexiglass. My son loves trains. Before eating, while eating, and after eating, he spent his time reading the articles and then taking pictures of articles so he could re-read them in the car. We would go back again. ”

I was pleasantly surprised that it was a broth soup (I expected creamy and I prefer broths but LOVE ham & bean) it was absolutely delicious!!! Great beer list! My only “complaint” was boxed wine but it wasn’t bad! Atmosphere is very cool! Both people who served us were super attentive (not overwhelming) and very nice! Glad we chose Mitchell Depot! We stop in Mitchell about once a year on our way from Illinois to the Black Hills. We love this town! Our first time here tho! Will be back next summer!!! ”
